What moron installs plastic piping throughout their homes. What do you own thats made from plastic that survives more than a few years. Check on how long the warranty is on the pipes. LOL 20 years. Now imagine re piping your entire home every 20 years. Or worse, buying a home 20 yrs old who has these idiotic pipes in it. Just you wait. The insurance industry will stop insuring these homes. That "clamp" for your main wires is called a two screw connector. Also, does Square D not have the pop outs on the side of the panel that sits the panel flush with the sheet rock? I use Eaton and Siemens and both have them.

At 12:12, if you use a wider piece of drip edge, then you'll be able to cantilever it out so that it will accommodate / capture the trim that goes over your sub facia board. The carpenters will than you!

How do you remove those white leveling spacers ,

You can always "pin" the bottom plate to the deck while it is down. You have to do it just before you sheet it. This will prevent the kickout at the bottom. Basically, you nail sinkers at a 45 ° and remove the nails once it is up. Also, before lifting, already have at the ends the bracing already tacked on and ready to go. To help prevent fall over, run a cable/rope that is attached to the top plate down to your deck. There are also safety cables that are made for the jacks that hold the wall to the jack itself.

Great video but a tip for your square when sliding square at your 2 inch mark on the square the open triangle there's little v notch for the tip of your pencil every qrt inch to slide your square for long straight lines use ur pencil in the notch and push square with pencil alot easier instead of trying to hold the pencil on the measurement

Josh, you should look into the Arlington "IN BOX". It recesses the outlet into the wall with a nice flush cover, so you don't have to have the huge bubble sticking out of the wall.

I'm trying to plan and prep space for a panel. I know I need 3 feet clearance in front, the 6'7 "height limit, and 30 inches total side to side. Is it true that the 30 incch side clearance doesn't need to be exactly divided? Mine is in a similar situation as yours but closer to the interior wall. That would mean my 30" spills into the window about 3 inches. Do you think this is okay? I will have an electrician approve things but it is taking time for them to get there and I am needing to make other planning decisions now.
